Something changed, won't connect – NETGEAR Mobile Review

Noting AGAIN the update has made the app unusable. I'm on Sprint and it still says the device is not supported. STILL no way to contact NETGEAR support for the app. Only for hardware in coverage period. Was liking the update, new look and function were good. My main use of the app was to reboot the Aircard 771s as it has issues often. Now the app says the hotspot is not supported by mobile app. Which means it's a useless app for me. I did try to contact support but too hard. The site only offers support for 90 days. The router is older but the app has been updated within 90 days. But following support link from the app details wasn't successful. If anyone has found an answer maybe let me know in a review.
