Reliably Unreliable – Justworks Time Tracking Review

The app gets updated often but features you had that were useful get taken away such as notes (which have been added, removed, then added again in the past 5 months) and time adjustments which were recently removed. Time adjustments are extremely important when the app doesn't register your clock out/in times like its supposed to. About 4 times a month the app appears to receive proper clock in/out commands but then I find out the next day that I'm still clocked in and can't adjust my times. The notes are also useless to your employer as they can't see them unless they pay extra for a feature that the employees seem to have intermittently. Notes that I did use were removed during an update and made it impossible to keep track of my hours properly and I lost wages for hours worked because I relied on boomer to keep those notes. Lost money because of this app. Use at your own risk. Always keep pen and paper log times as back ups. In fact just use the old school method. If you can't rely on boomer then what's the point of wasting your time logging your hours twice.
