Keeps saying squad already on a mission... – Mass Effect: Andromeda APEX HQ Review

...for every squad i try to send on a mission even though they are not on a mission. Ive even tried reinstalling the app and it still says that. It started doing that out of nowhere. Before it worked just fine.
