Misleading and crashes on launch. no native support for amazon echo – Complete to do list and tasks Review

The app no longer launches on iPad or iPhone. Even after numerous reinstalls. The app now needs to refund me. Updated per developer response - There is support for the echo in the form of a skill. It doesn't manage native alexa tasks and the skill doesn't work well at all. Every time it's launched you have to sit through the options of what to do. I can see no way to seamlessly say. "Tell complete tasks to add a task to do homework tomorrow at 5pm". Instead it's "alexa open complete tasks" wait while she reads the instructions every time for 10 seconds then "add a task to do Homework tomorrow at 5pm". It's arduous and certainly not what I was looking for. Based on the description and the fact that NOWHERE stated you needed to install a skill I still find it misleading to say it supports echo to do and grocery lists. To try and manage a grocery list through this method would be very very time consuming. The skill currently has a 2 star rating on the echo app. The time to Update my list. Well. I never saw my list update from alexa even when sitting through the process. Over a couple minutes passed and nothing populated from their alexa skill. Then the app force quit. Finally on the bugs. The app actually won't launch now for me at all. It opens and immediately force quits. Over and over and over. So I'll have to uninstall it. Then I'd have to go through the setup again. Truth is I won't bother. My review stands. It's a clunky app to use in basically every way. And there's no good integration with alexa. Old review ------ As titled. They plug this as able to manage your echo todo and grocery list but there is no way to add it to the app. There are also small bugs in several areas which need to be addressed. So far his seems like an unnecessarily elaborate to do manager which would take far more time to use than many others and doesn't offer any real features beyond anything else unless of course you want to link Facebook and have all those endless things populating your todo list. Additionally the Apple Watch app is terrible. It's clunky and cumbersome. If you compare creating a task in here with creating a task in fantastical 2 it's night and day. In fantastical 2 you use natural language and dictate "sell socks on eBay tomorrow at 4pm" and it automatically parses. With complete you have to tap every single detail and then on top of it you have to set a reminder to go off per item / despite the default being set. Everything about this app is arduous to use. I downloaded the calendar app to see if that would integrate with the echo and it was the same way. Clunky clunky clunky. What looks like a simple and nice ui is the dressing on a very poor app in function. I'd hoped to have a dedicated task manager that could do everything fantastical, the apple reminders app, and the amazon alexa app could manage in one simple solution and instead I got an app that doesn't really do anything as well as any of those and fails to integrate with alexa. Seems I've wasted my money on this one. Don't make the same mistake.
