Can't see whole screen – AppZapp Notify - Personal Alerts for Apps on Sale & New Apps Review

When I launch it I get a bounding box that doesn't even fill the screen (even after enlarging it to 2x) and the bottom text is cut off. I can't use the app to even set it up.
