Entered 3 times, paid for app, still have nothing plus no tech support – The Scout App for boys in Boy Scouts of America Review

At first I loved this app, but now wish I had never paid for it. When I was using it free, I had to enter stuff in 3 times because I kept losing info. Because I liked it so much, I paid $9.95 thinking I wouldn't have any other problems & my son could log in & keep up as well. That did not work! I have lost all data, doesn't recognize my account and I have spent 6 months trying to get in touch with someone to help me retrieve my account. I am a scout leader & I know the 3 things left my son needs to Eagle & just wish I never recommended this app to parents.
