Busy Life – Yoga with Gotta Joga Review

Perfect for my busy life. 3 kids, work, home. I was neglecting myself and this app gives me the chance to get even just a few minutes in if that's all I have. The models and the narration mesh well and are both descriptive and calming making this easy for beginners or an more intermediate yogi like me who strayed a little from the path! I have and will continue to recommend it. Namaste.
