App doesn't work!! – SurveyMonkey Review

I created a survey on my desktop ystrdy. Tried to check on results this morning but when I clicked on "My surveys" it tells me I don't have any surveys. I thought one of the sales points was I can check my results from anywhere. Can't even get customer service on phone because their phone customer service available only to premium members! (Over $1,000/yr.) Much of their on-site instructions are not user-friendly.
