Update?!? – Sword of Shadows Review

Did the stupid update because it was mandatory now I can't even sign in into the game? So that means I just lost all of my progress? Really?!? I thought updates were suppose to fix things not mess them up? Any help on this or a one star rating from me and many more people good enough? Smh.
