Loosing resolution of the image and annoying 'rate the app' – Photo Mixer - Blend Pictures Review

Two big turn offs: the saved image looses lots of megabits. I wish there was a way to change the settings to control the size and resolution of the final processed image. And second this EXTREMELY annoying 'rate the app' pops up TWICE every time you start a new image project. It disables the whole app until you either rate the app or decline to rate it. And if you decline to rate it it will immediately pop up again so you have to cancel it twice something I found EXTREMELY annoying.
