Money back a farce – Goibibo: Hotel, Flight & Train Review

Goibibo promises a money back guarantee in case the hotel services are not upto the mark for gocertified stays. I stayed in a hotel in Kerala a few months back and the hotel was lousy, it was displayed as a four star hotel and it turned out to be a zero star. The services were atrocious and in spite of my repeated complaints Goibibo just stopped responding to the complaints.
