What's the Point of App – Lucky Locky - Cool themes & Lock screen wallpapers Review

I really wanted to like this app. There are some really fun wallpaper choices. My two main problems are: 1. I already paid for app, so why am I being charged extra for some backgrounds? 2. AND THE MOST ANNOYING - the image that you see does not fit to scale on my iPad face. So the whole point of "kiss me" at the bottom of one of the wallpapers is not shown without cutting off the top. I tried editing the picture within photo, but could not get it down small enough to see entire image. Deleting app and asking for refund. Disappointed. Saxon
