Can't get passed Incompleted fuel up – Gas Cubby FREE - Fuel Economy & Service Log Review

I am trying to add a full up that's a missed Fuel up. I enter all my info and hit the reset button then submit, it pops up a message saying incomplete fuel up, hit reset missed fuel up. In which I already done. This has started since another update has came out. When this first came out with the new look I never had a problem. What gives now?
