Opened it first time and got hit up to review – Sales Tax Discount Calculator Review

Hard to review something you haven't had a chance to test, but here we are. Opened it and immediately pops up a "please review, you might get a reward" come-on. So I'm reviewing the wisdom of doing that, since it's all I've seen beyond their logo... 1 star.
