No strategy – Puzzle 10 - Merge Numbers Review

You can be the smartest person in the world and run out of moves because this game is based on luck. I will end up with all numbers bigger than 5 and therefore none of them add up to 10 and it will just tell me to "spend money" to "buy coins" to keep playing.. annoying
