Great Game, Poor Functionality – 94 Degrees Review

I love this game and haven't been able to put it down, however, I'm currently on level 198, and my pins will not restore. I have received over 10 notifications that my pins have been fully restored, yet when I go back to the game, the pop-up always says that I have 29 more minutes. This game needs work, and I wish I had not gotten hooked on it before it was fully developed.
