Doesn't even open?????? – Drawing Tutorials For Cats Edition Review

I can't belie that this didn't open when I got it the app literally didn't open every time i press the icon on my Ipad the screen terns gray and than I goes back to the home screen each time I press! I am not joking this does not work at all????????????
