GONE – Lock Notes - Passcode Protect Review

It was working fine until I got a black screen and I can't recover any of my document. Yes I paid for the upgraded version without answer that is no longer appearing on my iCloud. The app support link leads to a completely different app. WHERE IS THE HELP?
