Motivating addition – Ninja Fitness: Bodyweight Strength, Agility, Yoga and Meditation Workout Program Review

I thoroughly enjoy this app! It is great for beginners to exercise or a supplement to cardio lovers. Instead of doing the runs for the endurance section, I pedal on my exercise bike and pedal faster or at a difficult resistance when instructed to "run". Works great for me!
