Cannot use edge and sketch effects – Love Collage Maker & Editor Review

When I am editing my pictures I can't use these two effects! The screen will be all black and white. Sad.... downloaded this only for these effects but can't do it. Can you guys fixed it? No other choice but to un install it then if can't fix it.
