Don't buy, don't subscribe – Mood:Controller Review

This is one of the worst apps I have used. Both for iPad, iPhone, and two Android devices. All I want to do is change the station. Due to the iOS update, I can no longer access it from my iPhone or my roommates iPhone. Our iPad we use for our POS has never been able to connect properly and all of my employees' Android devices cannot connect either. My last resort to try to change stations is a Pandora Mood remote control that will not work. When we push change song, it will change the song. When we push change channel, it changes the song and the same station remains. After calling their support, I have spoken to people who don't care or talk down to you. Each time I call in about a problem with their service/product I'm paying for, I'm treated as if I am inconveniencing them. Each time we call, they blame all the issues on other companies. From what I see, if all of our products that once worked with it, no longer connect. It is pandora, not the 6 devices that are trying to connect. Pandora mood support believes that all the devices are the issue. I am actively looking for a new music provider and I will tell all other businesses around me to NEVER use Pandora.
