Does what it says – DLNA Player: TV Cast & Stream Review

Streams pictures great. Video hesitates every once in a while, but may be my old iPad 2. Instructions need work. TV must be a smart TV and should be on the same network an turned on when you start app. Then you will see very small print at bottom of iPad screen saying TV is found. Over all very happy with app.
