Didn't recieve the item after purchase – MOBA Legends Review

I didn't receive the item after purchase the new discount pack 3 (the bride of chucky) which worth $19.99.im not the only one,some other people didn't recieve it after paid too.i sent email to their customer service,tried to contact them in Facebook,they did not reply.
