Eh – VCR Camcorder - Add Retro Camera and VHS Camcorder Effect to Video for Instagram Review

It's cool but doesn't say you have to pay for certain filters and then when you go to pay for it, it won't even work, and it's not in the "in app purchases" either, so I don't know why it's there if it's un useable and can't download it...
