BEWARE!! Booking agent questionable – Cheapflights: Flights & Hotels Review

Cheapest flights always showed up through Skybooker.com. They do not make reservations online. You have to call them. Felt uneasy with professionalism of call. Booked flight anyway. Got call from them that my card was declined. I called my credit card company USBANK. They declined it as it came up flagged and possible fraudulent. I told them it was ok to let charge go through. I called Skybooker back and told them to run it again. Was told "that department was unavailable. We will run it in an hour." That happened 3 times. Red flags are waving big time by this point. On 3rd call I told them I want to cancel the trip. They refused though their policy stated you have 4 hours from purchase to cancel without penalties. The guy said just wait another hour. I hung up and called USBANK and told them they were right to flag it as fraudulent. I had them close that card and change the number. That way NO ONE could charge anything to me. They could sell that number and it wouldn't work! Skybooker called me back an hour after that and said the card was declined again. I said "I know. I closed it and had the number changed so you can't charge me anything of sell my number to anyone to steal from me." The guy was speechless and said they needed the new number to process the purchase. Again told him forget it and hung up. BEWARE. Their flight prices are too good to be true and now I know why.
