Support told me this app doesn't work – Universe Discover Review

Like everyone else, I got this for Blizzcon and it wouldn't let me complete my purchase. Support told me the app can't be used to buy tickets. Then what the hell is this app for?! Thanks for ruining our plans, Universe.
