No frames – EOBD Facile: OBD 2 Car Scanner Review

I bought the license so that I could look at the freeze frames but when I get to frames it says frame 0 with no data and if I try to select a different frame number it reverts to 0 others no data. I've tried every way that I can think of to refresh but nothing works. ??
