Issues with current app version and app overall – NYC Apartments for Rent Review

Ever since updating. The app opens but no content ever loads. No matter where you are, with great reception or not. All the menu items stay on loading. So the current version is useless. Besides that, the major issues with browsing apartments on Naked Apartments are: - Fake listings: Tons of rooms, shares, and studios are listed as one bedrooms, very annoying and a waste of time for users having to filter through a - Fake location: Tired of seeing Bushwick apartments listed as Williamsburg, Harlem as UES, ENY as Crown Heights, and so on. They should auto populate the area based on the apartment location or nearest transportation so brokers aren't able to enter whichever nicer neighborhood is in the vicinity instead of the actual neighborhood the place is located in. - There is no easy way to report any of these fraudulent listings. Other apps have a report button on each listing which makes it easy to contact them so they can remove incorrect listings. This is not the case with Naked Apartments. - Another caveat is that when you sign up for email notifications, you will get spammed multiple times a day with new listings, which are basically old listings. There should be away to send one daily email featuring truly new listings in all selected categories. - Replying to an email by a broker via your email results in receiving an email stating your email could not be delivered. So even though Naked Apartments encourages you to reply directly via email, users end up replying, getting notified it didn't go through, and having to respond via the app anyway. - Account in app is set to testuser@nakedapartments and can't be edited
