Buyer Beware! – Animated Emoji 3D Sticker GIF Review

Downloaded this app. A portion of the emojis have a lock and can't be used until you pay an additional $0.99 cents. Not a big deal accept that when I paid the additional fee, the emojis remained locked. App also wouldn't restore purchase. I see others have had the same issue. Very disappointed. Will definitely avoid GmbH apps in the future.
