TERRIBLE! RETURNED PRINTER TO STORE!!! – KODAK VERITE Print&Scan Review

I was a die-hard Kodak supporter, cameras, printers et al. This printer and app - finally changed my mind:( The printer: It feels like the cheapest piece of garbage you could buy. Be careful loading your paper because when you pull out the plastic paper-feeder - it will completely fall apart!!!! The printer settings are A JOKE - THERE ARE NO OPTIONS! My old Kodak printer allowed you to set the Scan quality to 600 DPI! The print quality was SO POOR that I thought my ink cartridges were bad - so installed new ink cartridges, and performed all maintenance options provided by the printer - recalibration etc. The print quality remained the same- FADED AND SH^*#y!! This App: Has no features and provides no control!!!! You cannot resize anything, you cannot fix contrast or color, you cannot choose DPI! This printer and app are ridiculous. I wondered how you could go from selling a high quality product - like the first & second series of wireless printers Kodak produced a few years ago? I think I learned the answer, KODAK products are now produced in some asian country- read the fine print. You have lost a good customer guys, Good-bye forever!
