Great App Turn Your iPad Into a Phone Even When Your Phone Is Off – WeTalk Pro - WiFi Calls & Text Review

I'm not exactly sure how they do it but this app gives your iPad all the functionality of a phone and then some. It has the ability to send text messages to multiple contacts just by checking them off your contacts list. Same with emails. Make phone calls while your phone is resting. Super useful, anyone with an iPad should load this app.
