Frustrating app – Frozen Ice Queen - Beauty SPA Review

My 5 year old granddaughter loves this app, when it works. She knows how to click the 'x' to cancel an ad, but very often the whole program closes down, time after time, and sometimes the individual pieces of the app don't work, if that makes any sense. Can't use mascara or lipstick doesn't work, for example. She asked me to delete the app, but i haven't done so yet. Anyone else experiencing the same issues?
