Doesn't Perform As Advertised – Videolab video editor for Vine, Instagram, Youtube Review

I purchased this app for the purpose of adjusting brightness / exposure of my video clips. The details in the description say that it does that. It doesn't! Even at .99 cents, this app is not worth the money.
