Love it but can't sign in – BariatricPal Review

I love the app and the forum. But got a new phone, forgot my username so I can't sign in. There is an option for "forgot password" but not for "forgot username". If I try to create an account it says my email is already set up and to sign in using my username. So frustrating. And can't use to help info option in the app...without signing in!!! Grrr.
