I had a problem that the Developer said they couldn't replicate. The app would not sign onto my Apple Mail accounts. I finally resolved the problem with an Apple Support Specialist (always the best in the business). I had two factor authorization turned on and had to turn it off during the app setup. This is especially useful to save emails that may get deleted from your email server for many reasons.
