"Not enough points"!?!? WTH!?!? – PokGear - Creator for Pokemon Review

The interface is kind of clunky. It doesn't make it clear how to create Pokemon and how to send it to sendbox. Also my Pokgear receiver says I don't have enough points to send Pokemon even though I'm sending them through sendbox to X/Y with the legal option turned off. WTH!?!
