Okay for very limited use. – I'm Expecting Pregnancy App Review

This app seems to be only half way developed. There appear to be options for customizing your profile, but no way to actually do it. The forums are a nice way to connect with others going through the same thing but 75% of the time after attempting to post a comment I receive an error message instead. Also the symptom tracker is a nice idea but also doesn't work properly. Some symptoms appear to have permanently been selected and I cannot seems to change them or add new ones. The weekly updates are nice and informative but there are a lot of other apps out there that actually work. Bottom line: if you just want to read a small paragraph about your baby's development once a week it's a great app. If you want to do anything else, I'd look elsewhere.
