Hard, frustrating, creative, addicting – The Ensign Review

I logged 990 minutes total before finally finishing, which probably means I'm bad at this game. But if you're reading this review and thinking about buying, you can bet you'll get your money's worth in sheer quantity of time spent trying to "win." I'm not much of a gamer, but I took a chance on "A Dark Room," just from App Store ads/reviews, and it led me to purchase this one as well. I've never played a game like it, so my hat is off to the author for the unique storytelling style and artistic integrity (I assume — because I'm sure there must've been a lot of pressure to make this thing easier and more linear, for mass consumption). You will be challenged! You will quit many times! But you'll keep coming back for more. Now I'll try the other game with shapes n stuff...
