Not able to get video In spite of paying for it – Billy Blanks Tae Bo Fitness Review

I have paid money and did not get the videos I paid for and no one responded to my asking for assistance with this at all Don't buy it as you will have thrown out money for nothing. I had done this in the past with a regular video and loved it but can't use this app or get video or get help
