Terrible – SparkStarter - Singles Recommended by Friends Review

I want to like this app. The first time I used it, I got zero matches. (I'm not THAT terrible looking where I wouldn't even get one match). Now I've gave it another chance and it doesn't even give me people to look through! No one exists on here.
