Restarts downloads – File Manager and Browser - Files App Review

I would give this 5 stars but if I pause the download and restart it it starts the download from 0% again! This is definitely the fastest downloaded I've found! If this is resolved I will come back and rate it 5 stars and give a great review but until that my 2 stars stands!
