Very Convenient Journal! – My Wonderful Days Lite : Daily Journal/Diary Review

I've had a hard time being consistent with journaling, but this app has made it really easy and enjoyable. I think writing down my true feelings, knowing that no one else will see it, has helped me gain a better relationship with myself and has improved my mental health.
