Program is not stable and Horrible Customer Service. – Voice Recorder HD :Audio Memos Review

I made an hour long recording and the next week it crashed. To get the program back I had to re-install it and then I lost the recording. It is a terrible program. I do not recommend it. I have even sent the company two emails and response. Horrible customer service.
