Can't annotate PDFs -steer clear of this app. – To PDF - convert documents, webpages and more to PDF Review

I bought this because of the annotation and markup features. It turns out that you cannot actually annotate or markup any documents unless you buy a ridiculously priced upgrade. And the upgrade is a monthly service (or weekly). The description is very misleading.
