Deleted Equipment – Construction Simulator 2014 Review

We purchased this app for my son. He loves it. We even purchased all but one piece of equipment. Today he opened the app and over half of his equipment is gone. We look in the inventory and it says the equipment needs to be purchased. This isn't ok. To top it off, I can't find a link to contact anyone!! So now I'm out all the money spent and no one the help me out.
