Highway Robbers... – iGO Navigation Review

I purchased IGO Primo Western Europe, V 2.5 Last week I planned a trip accross Europe, in preparation wanted to update the maps for France / Germany and Switzerland. Download failed (even with an excellent Internet connection at home), and all my maps were gone…. After MANY trials of re-signing in, resetting, re-authorizing my device (iphone), result comes to the same message, "Regrant Failed, please purchase a license". I received no response from the numerous emails and feedback sent to the support center ... Rip off, highway robbers, I find this attitude inacceptable, this is supposed to be an open license, very frustrating experience. My recommendation is clear, stay away from IGO, go for the free and EXCELLENT navigation system "navmii"
