Monthly Min required plus a fee – Credit Card Machine - Accept Review

I spent 15 mins filling out all of the business information and bank/personal information only to be told on the last screen there are monthly minimum sales needed PLUS the transaction fees. It's misleading that there are only transaction fees per sales. No where did I see a monthly min requirement till I wasted all that effort.
