Was great, now can't restore purchases – Dino Puzzle Kid Dinosaur Games Review

My son LOVES this game. Unfortunately, I got a new phone and am unable to restore the purchases I've made (on this game and the car puzzles). I push the button, but nothing happens. If I could get it to work, it'd be a great app. Can this be fixed??
