Not what I need – Eko: Digital Stethoscope + ECG Review

I thought this app (device) can transfer the heart sound (or anything you want to auscultate) to the iPhone speaker so my students or even patients can share the sound in real time. That would be a great teaching tool. But it can't. Only can hear retrospectively is totally disappointing and almost meaningless for most physician other than cardiologists. As a standalone electrical stethoscope, the 'noise reduction' does not work and simply every sound is amplified, so I decided to detach this device from my original stethoscope.
