Not sure about this- won't connect – Dog Monitor Buddy & Pet cam Review

Still in the free 30 minute trial period, but have wasted more than half the time "connecting to Annie server" - both devices are on Wifi too! If I could actually connect and test the app I may actually purchase - won't be buying if I can't test! Ridiculous!
